When does billing begin?
After the source's original 30-day free trial. Connecting billing later uses only the remaining trial; reconnecting does not restart it. You can cancel before the trial ends and no recurring charge will apply.
What is the launch offer?
Eligible launch customers pay $19 for their first 3 paid billing cycles, then $59 per cycle. Shopify bills every 30 days; Stripe bills monthly. Returning from Shopify or reconnecting does not start a new introductory offer.
Does Vatteo charge outside Shopify?
Shopify handles subscription approval and recurring billing for Shopify-connected merchants. Amazon-only merchants approve and manage their subscription through Stripe.
Can I review the workflow before connecting live data?
Yes. The sample workspace demonstrates payouts, variances, mappings, reports, and month-end close without posting sample data to QuickBooks.
