Email [email protected] with the store domain, payout reference and a description of the issue. Never email Shopify tokens, QuickBooks credentials, invitation links or customer personal data.

Financial incidents

For a suspected duplicate or incorrect QuickBooks entry, pause automatic posting and contact support before changing the Vatteo record. Vatteo will preserve the original, reversal and corrected entry lineage.

Security

Report suspected unauthorized access using the same address with “Security” in the subject line.
